I advise at least 24 hours advance notice for appointments.  If this amount of lead time is not feasible, then please call at least 2 hours in advance. 

To develop a deeper understanding of your needs and help ensure mutual compatibility, I offer a complimentary initial meeting in a convenient public place before our private session.  
       
Please call me to schedule your appointment.  Allow at least 15 minutes for our first telephone conversation.  If you are a repeat client, an email is fine.
